Professor Mario Martini holds the Chair of Public Administrative, Administrative Law and European Law at the University of Speyer and heads the program area "Transformation of the state in the digial age". His research focuses in particular on internet, data protection, media, and telecommunications law, the connection between law and economics, and the topics Open Government and AI.
